Shuttle Details:

Shuttles will run between Boyne Mountain Resort and Shadow Trail cottages to the Welcome Party and back from 5:00–11:00 pm. While the party begins at 8:00 pm, shuttles will start at 5:00 pm so guests can enjoy dinner in town beforehand—check out the Things to Do tab for restaurant recommendations near Walloon Lake Inn!

Ceremony: 5:00 - 5:30 pm

Reception: 5:30 - 11:00 pm

Our Ceremony & Reception will take place at Walloon Lake Country Club, nestled between a stunning 18-hole golf course and the beautiful Walloon Lake. The ceremony will be held on the golf course, followed by a lakeside cocktail hour. Both the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors so please dress accordingly. Dinner and dancing will take place inside the Club.

Shuttle Details:

Shuttles will run from Boyne Mountain Resort (room block) and Shadow Trail cottages to Walloon Lake Country Club for the Ceremony and Reception. In the evening, guests can return to their hotel or home at their convenience, with shuttles running throughout the night. Shuttles will also be available after the After Party.

*To the Ceremony & Reception: Shuttles will run from 3:00 – 4:30 pm to ensure everyone arrives on time for the 5:00 pm ceremony.

*Leaving the Reception: Shuttles will run all evening to take guests back home at their leisure.

*To the After Party: At the end of the reception, shuttles will take guests to the After Party and continue running until 2:00 am, returning to Boyne Mountain Resort and Shadow Trail cottages.
